Relaxation therapy is a form of therapy primarily focused on establishing more and complete relaxation in the body-mind.

Then…. it is not a luxury, but really necessary to pay some attention to yourself! Because you don’t have to go through life like this, it can be different!
Each relaxation session, you will be guided to full relaxation of body and mind through various body-awareness exercises, combined with breathing techniques and progressive and autogenic relaxation training.
Relaxation training helps you to relax and sink into yourself. You will become increasingly aware of the different sensations in your body. You will be able to recognize and distinguish tension from relaxation and will be able to have an experience of loosening and releasing certain emotions that over time may have moved in, unpacked and started living in your body as emotional blockages. This way, through relaxation therapy, the experience of your body-mind becomes lighter, easier to bear and you will benefit from this in various areas of your life.
Massage as a part of Relaxation Therapy
When you start a path of Relaxation Therapy, some massage sessions may be included in the program. As part of the Relaxation program, the Relaxation massage offers a chance to get in touch with your body again. The mind might be busy at the beginning of the massage, but soon you will notice how it disappears to the background and a more conscious experience of the here and now will take place. During these gentle massage sessions, emphasis is being placed on relaxation and body-awareness.
During a 6-week program* we work only on relaxation through coaching sessions, relaxation exercises and relaxation massage:
